The LDA will be closed on Wednesday, 9/11, and potentially Thursday, 9/12, depending on the weather and when staff can return safely to the office.
Here are the best ways to leave messages for us while we are unavailable.
If the hurricane damages your dental practice or home and you would like to request either grant funding for repairs or another form of assistance:
- Fill out the LDA Foundation's Disaster Relief Grant application,
- Leave a voicemail for Annette Droddy at (225) 926-1986, or
- Email info@ladental.org or annette@ladental.org with your request if your voicemail does not go through.
If you need to register for or ask questions about an LDA event:
- Email jeanne@ladental.org.
- Don't worry if you can't get through to us right away! As soon as we are back in the office, we will help you get registered for any event you'd like.

September 12-14 EDDA Course Update
Jeanne McFall, the LDA's Director of Conference Services, has communicated with the registrants about our office closure. We still plan to host the hands-on portion of the course on Saturday.
