Jonathan Pixley has been successful in various leadership roles in both the athletic & business worlds for over 20 years. By training business executives, professional athletes, and leading groups to experience championship level success, Coach Pixley has gained a wealth of knowledge in how to help a wide variety of individuals and teams push past their self-imposed limitations.

One specific example of tangible direct growth related to Coach Pixley’s TLW (Train-Lead-Win) Coaching program can be found with C&C Installations in Memphis, Tennessee. Jonathan began an executive/leadership coaching program with the company in 2020. Since then, the company has experienced significant growth. He has worked closely with the leadership team to develop proper communication skills, improved efficiency, and the ability to deal effectively with adverse situations. He has also helped guide local and regional business owners and leadership team members towards creating higher ceilings for themselves both professionally and personally, therefore leading to improved results within their companies.

Coach Pixley is also the Director of Operations at Team Sportsplex, a multi-court indoor facility that hosts basketball and volleyball events, tourneys, training sessions, and camps. He was named the Director of Basketball when the gym opened in 2012, and has recently transitioned into the operations role. He also trains college and professional basketball players at the facility.

In 2021, Coach Pixley was named the Vice President of Athletic Operations at MatchPoint Connection, a tech based company focusing on the NIL (name, image, & likeness) market in collegiate sports. As one of the original founders of the company, he has filled different roles to help create a foundation in an ever-changing industry. The company officially launched in July 2021.

Pixley was also the head basketball coach at The Dunham School in Baton Rouge from 2001-2021, amassing over 450 career wins, 8 district titles, and 8 District Coach of the Year awards. His teams played in 5 consecutive state title games from 2017-2021, winning 3 state championships over that time. He was also named the Louisiana 2A State Coach of the Year in 2021, his last as a head coach. During his tenure at Dunham, Pixley helped numerous players realize their dreams of playing basketball at the collegiate level.

Jonathan graduated from Catholic High School in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 1992. He was an all-district, all-metro, & all-state basketball player and was inducted into the Grizzly Greats (Catholic High’s athletic hall of fame) in 2016. He earned a Division 1 scholarship to Samford University in Birmingham, AL, where he was a 3-time All-Conference performer and graduated holding several school and conference records. After a career-ending knee injury in the NBA Summer League after his senior year, Pixley moved back to Baton Rouge. He has been married to his wife, Donna, for 25 years and has 2 daughters, Hannah (22) and Caylin (19).
